We implemented Maternal Early Warning Tool (MEWT) which fires a BPA telling the nurse to reassesss in 15 minutes. Its been helpful.

We didn't have a means to collect, except manually. We have just now gotten a report we can use and need to figure out how to use it. And now I think we will have to get report rewritten for some of these changes
