For BP follow up. would post partum calls made to patients who have BP cuff at home count? We have a team that calls, inquires about BPs, and asks early warning sign questions?

Going back to the SMM outcome measures reported in real-time by MDH using HSCRC data? If not, what will be the lag time for reporting for all hospitals? And, sorry, one more Q -- will the hospitals have access to their own data and be able to see the data from other hospitals?
